You may return items purchased at www.suzanaperrez.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, provided the items returned are in new and unworn condition, unwashed and unaltered with tags still attached. We will credit your account with the amount you paid for your order however the shipment cost will not be refunded. Please return your purchase to Suzana Perrez S.C., Wspolna 41, 00-519 Warszawa. All returns are effected at the customer’s expense. Please bear in mind that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Exchanges can only be made in case of a product fault resulting from manufacturing flaws, provided the product is in new and unused condition, with tags still attached. Exchanges can be made to an identical product. In case an identical product is unavailable, our Customer Care department will assist you to choose the best option for an exchange or you will be issued a refund after we will have received the product and deemed it acceptable for a refund. All exchanged products are shipped at your expense ( free of charge by a courier company suggested to you in the exchange process).
