All Terms and Conditions contained in the Website shall govern the use of this Website and by entering it you agree to comply with these in full.
We will accept orders placed by customers above the age of 18 years exclusively.
Order Placement
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
You will be notified of your order being accepted and processed by e-mails sent to the e-mail address provided at purchasing/registration process.
Suzana Perrez strives to maintain availability of its products on the website, however at certain times and due to circumstances beyond our control, such as production delays, transportation issues and other, items may become temporarily unavailable. In such case we will send you an email offering you to wait until the product you have purchased becomes available or to obtain a refund on your purchase.
Prices
All prices at the website are shown in EUR unless you have selected other currency option ( USD/ GBP/PLN). The currency switch button is located at the top left hand corner of the site. Customers purchasing form countries served as DDP shall incur relevant duty and tax, which will be included in the final purchase price. Orders placed from countries served as DDU shall incur purchase and shipping costs only, while import duty and taxes will be invoiced by a courier company or an import broker upon delivery of the purchase. It is recommended that you contact your local customs authority to determine the final price of your purchase before order
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards. You may also choose to pay from your PayPal account. Payment will be debited to your account upon dispatch of your order. By entering your credit card details on our website you authorize Suzana Perrez to perform credit checks and to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties in order to authenticate your identity, validate your payment card, obtain an initial payment card authorization and allow individual purchase transactions.
Suzana Perrez will take reasonable care to protect details of your payment, however should any negligence on our part occur, we shall not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you have entered on the site. Returns and Exchanges
You may return items purchased at www.suzanaperrez.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, provided the items returned are in new and unworn condition, unwashed and unaltered with tags still attached. We will credit your account with the amount you paid for your order however the shipment cost will not be refunded. Please return your purchase to Suzana Perrez S.C., Wspolna 41, 00-519 Warszawa. All returns are effected at the customer’s expense. Please bear in mind that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges can only be made in case of a product fault resulting from manufacturing flaws, provided the product is in new and unused condition, with tags still attached. Exchanges can be made to an identical product. In case an identical product is unavailable, our Customer Care department will assist you to choose the best option for an exchange or you will be issued a refund after we will have received the product and deemed it acceptable for a refund. All exchanged products are shipped at your expense ( free of charge by a courier company suggested to you in the exchange process).
Shipping
All orders placed at www.suzanaperrez.com will be delivered by DHL. We aim to dispatch an order within 48h from receiving it, however in the event of an increased number of orders or if items from your order are currently out of stock and we are expecting delivery from our manufacturer, orders may be dispatched with a slight delay. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. Standard delivery time for EU orders is 3-7 business days. Standard delivery time to other destinations is 7-14 business days.
